NFIRS ADMIN TOOL DOWN

NFIRS 5.0 To all reporting Fire Departments in TN:

The National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS) System Admin Tool is currently down. If you are using the System Admin Tool (online or offline) to submit NFIRS reports, you will not be able to login at this time.

In addition, if you are requesting a password reset (because of too many bad logins or an expired password), the SFMO will be unable to process those requests at this time. Those requests will be processed as soon as the System Admin Tool is up and running.

The NFIRS Support Center and the USFA is unsure how long the System Admin Tool will be down. They have been notified of the problem and are working to resolve the issue.
