| With the new rule changes, the testing process is definitely picking up and we are finding that people are filing out applications to test and at the same time filing out another application to retest two weeks later without knowing if they passed or failed the first test. This is causing Cheryl to process twice as many applications for the same person. As a result, it makes preparing for the future test almost impossible on our part as it relates to sending test documents across the state for our contractors. Also, if the appilcant passes the first exam, they are a no show at the second exam. We ask for your help to control this issue, if you would please wait until you find out if you or your personnel have passed or failed and exam before submitting another application that would correct the problem. Your cooperation in this matter will greatly help us in processing applications while we strive to provide the best customer service possible.
