The Tennessee State Fire Marshal’s Office is proud to be rolling a brand new resource called FD.TN. This short title, simply stands for Fire Departments of Tennessee and was created as a web-based resource for the fire service and elected officials in our state.

The overall goal is to provide your community with refined statistics that can be used to guide decisions and apply for grants with the ultimate goal, to reduce life and property loss by fire. This system will also be the official means used to renew your fire department's recognition every three years as well as record any change regarding the Assistant to Commissioner designation.

If you are the fire chief/designated Assistant to Commissioner to a fire department and haven’t received a login via email today, please send an email to fire.departments@tn.gov with the following information:

1. Your Full Name and Title
2. Telephone Number
3. Fire Department Name

Within 48 hours of confirmation, we will provide you with you login credentials. If you are not a fire chief, still go check out the site and see our statewide statistics. https://tnmap.tn.gov/fdtn
