Notice of Effective Rules for the Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners
Pursuant to Tenn. Code. Ann. § 4-3-1306(d), you are receiving this notice because you have elected to receive notification by e-mail of certain changes or potential changes to the law applicable to your profession.
The Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners considered new rules at its April 9, 2015 regularly scheduled meeting. These new rules were adopted in accordance and compliance with Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-3-1304(d), (e), and (f), and the General Assembly’s 2013 Public Chapter 122. These rules address licensing for certain qualified members of the military and military spouses. These rules became effective on August 19, 2015 and can be viewed online at http://share.tn.gov/sos/rules_filings/05-06-15.pdf.
