Notice of Cancellation of Public Rulemaking Hearing for the
Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners
Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-3-1306(d), you are receiving this notice because you have elected to receive notification by e-mail of certain changes or potential changes to the law applicable to your profession.
The Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners (“Board”) has cancelled the Rulemaking Hearing originally scheduled for December 12, 2019 regarding the Rules of the Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners, Chapter 0120-05 – Continuing Education. It is likely that a new Notice of Rulemaking Hearing will be filed at a later date, at which time you will be notified.
The comments regarding the rules that were previously submitted will be added to the rulemaking hearing upon the filing of a notice of rulemaking hearing.
