Proposed Rule Notify
Pursuant to T.C.A. § 4-3-1306(d), you are receiving this notice because you have elected to receive notification by e-mail of certain changes or potential changes to the law applicable to your profession.
On December 7, 2017, the Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners (“Board”) amended rules affecting Seals. These rules were filed with the Secretary of State on July 25, 2018 and are effective October 23, 2018. These changes amend the Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners Rules and Regulations as follows:
Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0120-02-.08 [Seals] is amended to allow an index sheet to be used for digitally generated sealing requirements that fall under T.C.A. § 62-2-306(b). The amendment to the rule specifies index sheet requirements for registrants to be in compliance with the seal rules of the Board.
