The In-Service Verification Sheet (Excel Format) must be uploaded into Acadis, the Educational Incentive Request and the Notarized Statement of the Fire Chief must be sent in the mail to:

All submissions for Educational Incentive Pay after March 1st will require a waiver of the March 1st deadline and will need to go before the Commission at its April meeting on 4/27/16 (9am) in Gatlinburg TN. http://share.tn.gov/sos/rules/0360/0360-07-01.20150125.pdf
The following Fire Departments have been approved for 2015 Educational Incentive Pay and sent to Fiscal for Payment:

Pleasant, Newport, Pulaski, Sevierville, Shelbyville, Signal Mtn, Soddy Daisy, Somerville, Tullahoma, and Winchester
Our next Commission Meeting is February 17th (Work Session 1:00PM) & 18th (Business Meeting 9:00AM) in conjunction with the TN Fire Chief’s Winter Conference at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro.
