Tennessee Home Inspectors Licensing Program
2017 Legislative Update
The Tennessee General Assembly enacted statutory amendments during the 2017 legislative session which may impact licensees of the Tennessee Home Inspectors Licensing Program.
Public Chapter 226 provides that the commissioner may suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue or renew a home inspector license for committing any felony offense that bears directly on the person's fitness to practice competently, as determined by the commissioner. http://publications.tnsosfiles.com/acts/110/pub/pc0226.pdf
