Effective February 22, 2017-The Tennessee Board of Pharmacy will have a fee increase for initial applications and renewals for all profession. Applications received prior to February 22, 2017 will be processed with the current fees. Applications received on February 22, 2017 will be required to pay the new fees. Renewals with expiration dates of February 28, 2017 and March 31, 2017 will be renewed with the fee listed on the renewal application if mailed to the board. Online renewals will charge the new fee starting February 22, 2017.
