RULE CHANGES
Effective June 22, 2015, the following fees and licensure requirements will be issued by the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy. This update will appear on the website on or after June 22, 2015

Duplicate renewal certificate fee-$25.00
- Pharmacist
- Pharmacy Technician
- Researcher
- Manufacturer
- Wholesale/Distributor
- Outsourcing Facility
- Oxygen Supplier
The Tennessee Board of Pharmacy will begin to license outsourcing facilities and oxygen suppliers. In addition the manufacturer / wholesale / distributor licenses will now be separate. Licensure categories listed below:
Initial Fee for each license listed below is $535.00
Renewal Fee for each license listed below is $535.00

- Outsourcing Facility
- Oxygen Supplier
An applicant for initial pharmacist license by examination must show that the applicant has acquired a minimum of one thousand seven hundred (1,700) hours of pharmacy internship (practical pharmacy experience) under the instruction of a pharmacist in good standing.
