| The 3rd annual TN Chief Fire Training Officer Symposium is only a few weeks away, August 4-5 2016 are this year's dates. The event will be conducted at TFACA.
We have a very informative lineup of speakers to present Active Shooter including Corporal Ray Ruby, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office; Captain Brad Havrilla, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue and Special Agent Adriaan Valk with the Joint Terrorism Task Force, for the afternoon session on August 4th. Friday's session will include Tactical Concerns for Restaurant Fires and Elevator Emergencies along with an update on various rule changes for the TN Commission on Firefighting Personnel Standards and Education.
Tuition is free for this event. There will be charges for meals and housing. so don't delay. Registration is available through an Acadis Portal account or by completing the TFACA on-line registration form.
