Notice of Hearing for Amendment and Repeal of Rules

Tennessee State Board of Accountancy
Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-3-1306(d), you are receiving this notice because you have elected to receive notification by e-mail of certain changes or potential changes to the law applicable to your profession.
The Department filed proposed rules to amend multiple rules and repeal one rule related to the Peer Review Program of the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy. The proposed rules were filed with the Secretary of State on November 19, 2024. The hearing will take place at 8:30 a.m. on February 4, 2025, in Conference Room 1-A at Davy Crockett Tower, 500 James Robertson Parkway, Nashville, Tennessee.
The following rules will be amended:
1. Rule 0020-06-.01
2. Rule 0020-06-.03
3. Rule 0020-06-.04
4. Rule 0020-06-.05
5. Rule 0020-06-.07
The following rule will be repealed:
1. Rule 0020-06-.06
