Notice of Cancellation of Public Rulemaking Hearing for the
Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance
Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-3-1306(d), you are receiving this notice because you have elected to receive notification by e-mail of certain changes or potential changes to the law applicable to your profession regulated by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance (“Department”).
The Department provided notice that it would be conducting a Rulemaking Hearing on Thursday, April 2, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. CST related to access to public records held by the Department. This Rulemaking Hearing was to be held at the following address:
