Notice of Public Rulemaking Hearing:
Tennessee Board of Licensing Contractors
Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-3-1306(d), you are receiving this notice because you have elected to receive notification by e-mail of certain changes or potential changes to the law applicable to your profession.
The Tennessee Board of Licensing Contractors (herein, Board) will be conducting a Rulemaking Hearing on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., to be held at the following address:

These proposed rules establish continuing professional education standards for all licensed contractors, with classifications BC-A; BC-A/r; and residential small commercial BC-A,b(sm) after January 1, 2009. The rules are required to comply with Tenn. Code Ann. § 62-6-112(g).
