Notice of Effective Date of Amended Rule for Tennessee Collection Service Board
The Tennessee Collection Service Board considered an amended rule at a regularly scheduled meeting conducted on October 10, 2018. This rule was filed with the Secretary of State on May 15, 2019 and became effective on August 13, 2019. The rule clarifies the definition of debt, removing from the Board’s authority non-defaulted debt.
