Notice of Rules Approval - Renewal Fee Decrease
This is to provide notice that an amendment to the General Rules and Regulations Governing Respiratory Care Practitioners found in Chapter 1330-01, Rule Number 1330-01-.06, which was approved by the Board of Respiratory Care at a Rulemaking Hearing conducted by the Board on November 30, 2017 for a decrease in the license renewal (biennial) fee for Respiratory Therapists from $100.00 to $75.00 has been approved. This amendment to the rule has been assigned an effective date of May 15, 2018 by the Secretary of State.
