Pursuant to Tenn. Code. Ann. § 4-3-1306(d), you are receiving this notice because you have elected to receive notification by e-mail of certain changes or potential changes to the law applicable to your profession. The Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, Division of Regulatory Boards, Private Probation Services Council, will discuss the adoption of Robert’s Rules of Order, Meeting Dates for the remainder of 2014 (June 6, 2014, September 5, 2014 and December 5, 2014), a Budget Presentation, Consideration of Military Applicant Rules, and an Administrative Report on Friday, March 7, 2014, in Conference Room 1-B of the Davy Crockett Tower, 500 James Robertson Parkway, Nashville, Tennessee 37243, at 10:00 AM, CST. The Council will discuss Robert’s Rules of Order and the Calendar for the remainder of 2014, Assistant Commissioner, Bill Giannini, will discuss the Council’s budget, followed by Benton McDonough explaining the Military Applicant Rules to be discussed by the Council, and Kimberly Whaley providing an Administrative Report.
In compliance with the Tennessee Open Meetings Act, compiled at Tenn. Code Ann. § 8-44-101 et seq., the above-referenced meeting is open to the public. This meeting will be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communication pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 8-44-108.
