Notice of Effective Date of New Rules for the Private Probation Services Council
Pursuant to Tenn. Code. Ann. § 4-3-1306(d), you are receiving this notice because you have elected to receive notification by e-mail of certain changes or potential changes to the law applicable to your profession.
The Private Probation Services Council considered new rules at its June 6, 2014 regularly scheduled meeting. These new rules were adopted in accordance and compliance with Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-3-1304(d), (e), and (f), and the General Assembly’s 2013 Public Chapter 122. These rules address licensing for certain qualified members of the military and military spouses.
These rules became effective on January 27, 2015, and a copy of the amended rule 1177-01-.03 can be viewed here.
