Hello Adobe Sign users,
We wanted to take the time to remind you that on the morning of Feb. 4, 2021 the URL to access Adobe Sign will change to https://tennessee.adobesign.com.
Please make sure you bookmark and utilize the new URL after the update to access any of your signed documents or sent requests.
Any current webforms, widgets, reports, workflows, etc. setup inside of Adobe Sign will not be affected during this update. Any changes or updates needed for those processes to continue in the future, will be communicated out to departments as necessary.
Additionally, any emails distributed from Adobe Sign will also be switching to AdobeSign@AdobeSign.com going forward. This would include the initial request that gets sent out to individuals needing to sign documentation, any status updates to the document creator, etc.
Our resource website, https://www.teamtn.gov/adobe will be updated with all of this information and we will update users as needed throughout this process. As always, we appreciate your patience!
