In addition please remember the deadline for 2017 In-Service Program Submissions is November 1st. We will be sending out Peer-Review Dates in the next few weeks. Also Educational Incentive Pay Request for 2016 are due in through Acadis (In-Service Verification Sheet [Excel format only]), Notarized Statement of FireChief and Educational Incentive Pay Request by Hard Copy Certified Mail by March 1st 2017. All Forms are available at http://www.tn.gov/commerce/article/ffc-educational-incentive-forms
In addition, if you have Subsititutions, they must be submitted in Acadis also.
